Any of my followers that are into fitness, give me your diets. Give me your knowledge. It’s been a year now that I’ve been on my journey to my ideal body. I am not starting the hardest part of it and I want to have the perfect diet now.
I’ve been doing insanity with my shirt off so I can see my stomach and titties fly around in the air and it gives me more motivation to push harder. Day 2 today, yesterday was nuts and I know it’s all uphill from here

My bands doing our first full US tour in 2 months and I’m not too sure how it’s going to turn out.
